Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in 14.00pm

Check out 10.00am

Check In: Upon booking any persons paying Direct by credit or eftpos transactions will need to present the card that the booking was paid for and photo ID of person who is paying for the booking. No proper identification, NO CHECK IN.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Yes a $200.00 AUD bond is required.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Guest arriving afterhours you are required to call our office number on 07 55544700 please be at the front foyer on your arrival so that our staff will attend to your afterhours check-in. If you do NOT have a phone to call us on when you arrive please advise the Ipanema Resort before your arrival day.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late check outs can be arranged. Please ask our staff when you arrive. A surcharge may apply

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

All bookings must have a deposit to be confirmed. The deposit is paid when your booking is made.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Mon to Fri 8:30am-5pm
Saturday 8:30am-12pm
Sunday 9am-11am

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

All tours can be booked at reception free of charge. Please see our staff for all your needs

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes, we have underground security parking at Ipanema which is free of charge.

Yes all linen is provided.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Ipanema Apartments are self contained with a FREE service clean for stays of 7 days or longer.

Q: Is the pool heated?

All our pools are heated. Our main Pool heated to 24-25 degrees. Our spa and wading pool is kept from 27 degrees up

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

We are approx 10-15 min walk to Cavil Avenue

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

There are plenty of shops and restaurants in Surfers Paradise which is only a short walk away.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

There is a public bus stop on the Gold Coast Highway which will take you to all major attractions on the Gold Coast.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

Q: How far away is the beach?

We are set back only a couple of blocks from the beach. It only takes a couple of minutes to walk.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

There is a convenience store only a couple of minutes walk from Ipanema. There is also a Coles & Woolies located in Surfers Paradise which is about 10 minutes walk.
