All Bookings cancelled will incur a cancellation fee of $50
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival date incur an administration fee of $150
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged the total cost of the booking.
No shows or early check out will be charged the full amount of the booking.
*Please note that the eTourism Holidays deposit is non-refundable.
WiFi is free of charge for the first 3 nights. Additional WiFi is available for an extra charge.
Check In: Upon booking any persons paying Direct by credit or eftpos transactions will need to present the card that the booking was paid for and photo ID of person who is paying for the booking. No proper identification NO CHECK IN.
Please note that air-conditioning is available in only some rooms. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. It is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that on Saturday, the reception is open from 09:00-11:30 only and on Sunday, the reception is open from 09:00-11:00 only.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please let the property know in advance, using the special request box when booking or using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that this property requires an AUD 200 credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges.
Charges will take 5 to 7 business days to be refunded.
You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.
Please note that this property does not accept payments with American Express credit cards. Please note that the total price of the reservation will be charged at any time after booking.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
At the time of booking your credit card will be charged 11% by eTourism Holidays. Ipanema Holiday Resort will process the remaining balance at the time of booking.
This total deposit is included in the room price and does not include any additional charges or fees. Full payment is required when making direct bookings with Management.
Upon arrival a $200 pre-auth will be taken on a credit card to cover any potential incidentals incurred during your stay at Ipanema.
Please note that the card holder must be present and ID needs to be provided on arrival.
Regarding your bond, as it’s a preauthorisation only, Preauthorisation works as a holding STOP only once leaving Ipanema it does take 1-5 working days for pending to be released, as it’s a private bank account which belongs to yourself only, we cannot ring your bank on your behalf, please discuss with your bank if you have concerns on pending not being released,, please ask your bank to email us, It is not a credit of $200 that comes back into your account it is only a stop & release will happen from 1-5 days, so if you damaged an item in the room for instance money would be debited with our Ipanema name $200 cash security BOND-you will need to provide a BSB & Account number to be deposited into the account which could take 3 working days.
